Pigmented Water based Ink System

It is designed primarily for nonabsorbent self adhesive labels like Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Metallic films etc. Surface tension should be 38-42 dynes/cm.
Solid: 300-400 LPI (4-7 bcm), Process: 400-600 LPI (3-5 bcm) round

Universal ink system works on all kind Self Adhesive Labels (porous & nonporous) Specific advice should be sought from Inkstream technical staff.
Heat Resistance to 325 degreeF (163oC), Ink to ink on high gloss paper @ 20 psi/2 second dwell.
Print up to 120m/min. Temperature should not be lower than 50oC with good airflow to prevent humid air from remaining in the dryer. IR-equipment combined with hot air helps to achieve higher speed.
