Process:
Narrow Web Flexo Press

Substrates:
Self Adhesive Labels (coated & uncoated paper), tags etc. however it will work on some non-porous films and foils (prior testing is recommended). Self-adhesive material.

Anilox Rollers:
Line and Solid Printing: 350-600 LPI (5-3 bcm), Process Printing 650 – 900 LPI (1.2-2.5 bcm)

Special Properties:
Mars inks offer excellent printability for high quality process work and vignettes. Specific advice should be sought from Inkstream technical staff.

Heat Resistance:
To 300 F (149^oC); Ink to ink on high Gloss Paper @ 20 psi/2 seconds dwell.

Speed:
Print up to 140m/min. Temperature should not be lower than 50^oC with good airflow to prevent humid air from remaining in the dryer. IR-equipment combined with hot air helps to achieve higher speed.
